STELLAR DANCE STUDIO POLICY

Thank you for enrolling your child At Stellar!

MONTHLY TUITION & REGISTRATION FEE

Tuition includes classes, uniform, and show fees and is billed automatically on the 28th of each month from September through May.

Registration Fee is $50

Our tuition is based off of 36 weeks of consistent dance instruction from September-May.

(We are closed for major federal holidays and public school closures)

Uniform and show fees are included in the all inclusive tuition. If you registered after September, the all inclusive tuition needs to be adjusted. Uniform and show’s cat up fee of $25 – $175 (depending on the month you join the school) will be applied.

TUITION LATE FEE

We charge tuition each 28th of the month. If your card does not go through for any reason, a $25 late fee after the 3rdof the month will be charged. Please make sure your tuition is paid before the 3rd to avoid any miscellaneous fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES

Minimum of 1 month’ written notice is required for withdrawal from lessons. If you wish to cancel your child’ enrollment please send email with subject WITHDRAWAL and we will cancel your enrollment after 30 days of your email date.

Withdrawal Fee

If you cancel your enrollment anytime during our school year (Sep-May) a withdrawal fees of $100 will be applied.

PRIVATE CLASSES – CANCELLATION POLICY

Lessons must be canceled within 24 hours. If prior notification is given, rescheduling the appointment is possible. No-shows are not eligible for make-up sessions.

No credit or refund will be given for same day cancellation/no show.

MAKE-UP POLICY

Stellar Dance Studio is committed to all classes in a given session. In order to provide the best and safe dance programs, Stellar Dance Studio will not offer make up classes. The studio is closed on Federal Public Holidays.

No credit or refund is given for missed classes.

DRESS CODE

Stellar Dance Studio requires studio uniform and shoes for all classes. Dance uniform is included in your tuition. Shoes and extra dance attire/wear is available for sale in our studio. All outside footwear needs to be changed (to dance footwear) only upon entering the studio, for street shoes are not permitted on the dance floor.

Hair must be in a bun and bangs are pin with bobby pins for all given classes.

OBSERVATION AND PICK-UP

Students can be observed by their parents or guardian through our TV monitor in the lobby while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.

PARKING

Stellar Dance Studio provides free parking with validation.

COVID -19

All safety measures will be followed according to CDC guidelines (social distancing, capacity, masks, etc.)

Please stay home if you are feeling sick, have any symptoms or have been exposed to someone who is sick. We will not accept any students into the classroom with a cough, runny nose, etc. We will send the child home until he/she is 100% recovered. There will be no refund or credit for missed classes.
