Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Lindsay Fredrich began dancing when she was three years old at Rhythm Dance Center where she trained in jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, pointe, and hip hop. She joined Rhythm’s competitive performing company under the direction of Becca Moore and Dani Rosenberg at age seven which allowed her the opportunity to work with some of the industry’s top choreographers and perform at competitions, conventions, and events around the country. Lindsay began teaching at the age of 14 and quickly discovered a passion for inspiring a new generation of dancers.
After graduating high school, Lindsay went on to attend The University of Georgia. In 2012, she joined Project 7 Contemporary Dance Company under the direction of Cherrise Wakeham, and she continued to teach dance classes of all styles at several local studios throughout college. She has taught everything from pre-school ballet to teen hip-hop and always looks forward to meeting new students!
Lindsay moved to Los Angeles in 2015 where she currently works as a dance teacher and media strategist. She is proud to continue teaching while pursuing her career and hopes to empower her students to reach their potential through the art of dance.
